Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (magazine subscriptions, eBooks, and digital downloads), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Conference Tickets

Conference ticket refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Full refund: 60+ days before the conference start date
  • 50% refund: 30-59 days before the conference start date
  • No refund: Less than 30 days before the conference start date

Ticket transfers to another attendee are allowed at any time at no additional cost.

Subscription Services

Monthly and annual magazine subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Prorated refund available within 7 days of renewal
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund available within 30 days of purchase or renewal
  • After the specified period, no refund will be provided, but access continues until the end of the billing period

Exceptions

We may provide refunds or credits at our discretion in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Content that significantly differs from its description

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
