Pricing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your access to paid services.

5. Intellectual Property

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

6. User Content

We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Content will be accurate, complete, or current
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free from viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHP ARCHITECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
